The TP-Link Archer TX20UH is a high-gain AX1800 Wi-Fi 6 USB adapter that gives any desktop or older laptop modern wireless in one plug. Dual adjustable antennas with beamforming pull in a stronger signal from across the office, with speeds up to 1201 Mbps on 5 GHz plus 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz.

It connects over USB 3.0 with a 1.2 metre desk cradle cable, installs with pre-loaded drivers on Windows 10 and 11, and secures traffic with WPA3. A quick fix when a workstation is too far from the switch.
